There is perfection in everything. Be it food, service, presentation, variety, taste, or ambiance. Everything syncs well to each other creating a great symphony of food and taste. I think there is a good blend of experience and expertise. And that brings in such a wonderful experience for a foodie like me. In addition, this is a place where you can organize a small party to host around 150-170 guests comfortably. And your guests will remember you for long for the longlasting memories of superb food.
Probably, there is a factor of liveliness in the dishes at Pind Balluchi, Mahagun Metro Mall, Vaishali. I found them talking to me and tempting me for more. For instance, I had to repeat my serving twice after the initial one for Sarson Ka Saag and Makai Di Roti. It was rally fabulous with Gur (Jaggery) and the white Makhan (butter).
Pind Balluchi, Mahagun Metro Mall, Vaishali outlet is quite huge. It is a large L-shaped setup. Where the first line of capital L starts with the entrance. It is passing through Tandoor on your left and spacious seating on right as you walk along. The moment Tandoor (and kitchen adjacent to Tandoor) ends, there is a big tree decoration in between. And then there is seating on both sides. In fact, just after the Tandoor, and the small billing section, try grabbing the first table. In fact, this table is with large wheels on the sides of the sofa. It gives you another kind of dining experience. This straight line from entrance ends with Bar at the other corner. And then you take a right turn for the second line of L. Where again, there is spacious seating.

Don’t forget to admire the decades-old phenomenon of our living styles in the form of decoratives along the walls of Tandoor and the other walls. You will find old style bed, pickle containers, and a lot of other pieces that will remind you the houses and things we used at our grand parent’s places. And that makes Pind Balluchi, Mahagun Metro Mall, Vaishali a place to relive your old memories.
Now, coming back to food at Pind Balluchi. Though everything you order is unique in taste and perfect in presentation and preparation. I would like to recommend few dishes that I enjoyed most. Makki di Roti and Sarson Da Saag, obviously, without say. I tried Mutton Parantha and it was quite tasty. It comes with yogurt. On the other hand, Chicken Parantha comes with thick and tasty gravy. Ajwain Fish Tikka and Kalmi Kebab are also excellent. Dahi Ke Kebab is again a must try. I had many other dishes and, in fact, every dish tells you a different tasty story.
Only one point of improvement at Pind Balluchi, Mahagun Metro Mall, Vaishali. The tips of my Mutton Parantha were touching the table. I would recommend either increase the size of the plate or slightly reduce the size of Paranthas. Overall, this was a fabulous experience at Pind Balluchi, Mahagun Metro Mall, Vaishali. I would love to visit this place again, any time for another great experience.
