Everybody aims to be healthy, physically, and mentally fit. I’m more conscious with what I eat now and doing my best to hit the gym at least 3-5 times a week. I rarely get sick and I’m very thankful. The last time I’ve been seriously ill was when I survived Dengue Stage 4 when I was in Grade School. I always say, if there’ll be one disease I’m really scared of, I think everyone is, that is cancer of any kind. For me, cancer = death especially to a financially average person like me.
