Review: Aroma Magic Reviving Oxy Pack

Posted on the 29 June 2014 by Jasminebhatia @jas_mine7
Its such a lazy sunday with the sun shining so bright topped with crazy humidity..and here I am sitting in my AC room thinking what to do and suddenly it strike me that its been so long since I reviewed a product on the blog, I have got a list of posts archived in the drafts waiting to be posted...So here is one of those posts :)

Product: Aroma Magic Reviving Oxy PackQuantity: Rs 375 for 100gReview: Aroma Magic Reviving Oxy PackAbout the product:I am 100% free of parabens, harsh chemicals, alcohol, artificial fragrance and color. Organic aloe vera gel and lavender essential oil combine together to detoxify, lock moisture, condition and heal your skin. I am a super quick fix for dull, tired and sallow skin as I pump a shot of oxygen molecules that instantly detoxify and energise skin clogged by environmental factors such as pollution and sun damage. Extracts of grapefruit, witch hazel and white lotus are antioxidants that stimulate blood circulation leaving your skin looked after and refreshed. How to Use:Apply a layer evenly on face & neck, and leave on for 15 - 20 mins. Wipe or rinse off gently with water. For best results, use twice a week.Contains:Aqua, Aloe Barbadensis Gel, Citrus Grandis Extract, Hamamelis Virginiana Extract, Nelumbo Nucifera Extract, Lavandula Angustifolia Essential Oil.Review: Aroma Magic Reviving Oxy PackMy thoughts on the product:I received this product along with a few other products from the brand for review purpose..though I reviewed the other products within 4 to 5 weeks of using them but somehow this one got left behind...So here it goes..Its a transparent gel pack with a little runny consistency which makes it very easy to use., but a little messy to take out the desired quantity as it doesnt stop coming out from the sqeeze tube..Anyhow..It has a very negligible aloe vera fragrance which vanishes within a few seconds. And upon application it gives a bit of a tingling cool sensation but thats all it does..It doesnt gets dry since its a gel pack so I just wash it off after 20 minutes with cold water.I didnt notice anything that this product claims of..it does make the skin appear a little fresh but the effect fades off within an hour..So I dont see any 'OXY' effect in it..nor I noticed any sort of skin lightening..I am about to finish off this pack and yet there is nothing that I can actually boast of about this product..Positives:1. Gives a cooling sensation to the skin.2. Skin appears fresh and clean upon application.Negatives:1. The effect fades away within an hour leaving the skin dull and tired again.2. Messy squeeze tube.3. Doesnt stand true to its claims!!Final WordsI use regular water ice cubes on my face in summers and they leave a better and lasting effect on the skin than this pack...At Rs 375 this pack is a mere wastage of money!!
