Review: Minted

Posted on the 11 January 2014 by Felicakes @felicakes

Late last year, my family received exciting news.  My youngest sister got engaged with her partner while on holiday in Europe.  Exciting times.

When she got came back from her holiday,  my mom told her to set the date straight away.  She did and now we are in the midst of planning her wedding.  First thing we have to do is send out Save the Date cards.

I was asked by Minted to review their Save the Date Cards (such a coincidence!!). I have seen a review of Minted on another blog (can't remember which one now)  and I thought at the time how good the designs were.

There were a lot to choose from. We didn't know where to start. These were my favourites though.

All of the cards on Minted, you can personalised to your liking.  You can change the colours and fonts. You can choose to use own image or pick out simple ones like above.  You can also change the shape of the cards! How cool is that?

Picking which design you like is the only difficult bit.  Everything after that is a breeze. You choose the type of paper you want, what you would like the back of the card to say and etc.  You get the idea.

And after card design is done, you get to choose and personalise the envelopes! Now that is something new to me.  When I got married, the envelopes were either those boring white ones or beige. You can pretty them up with gold foil stickers or maybe an embossing stamp.  With Minted, you can design your envelopes  (you can even add color to the INSIDE of the envelopes, ooooo). Proofread and pay for your cards and you are done!  Simple, easy and most importantly, stress free. ;)

Minted ships internationally to over 200 coutries using FedEx.  So you always have a tracking number to see where your cards are, very important if you are pressing for time.

So now all my sister has to do is just sit back and wait for her beautiful card to arrive. YEAY! I love weddings, don't you?
