Earlier this year I did a little work with a Ms Eugenie Scrase a graduate at Slade School of Art at the University College London re bollards.
Now on entering the UCL what did I find but a rather fine example of a "Rising Bollard". The picture says it all and I must say I do love the reflection in the bonnet of my London taxi-cab.
