Being big Scooby-Doo fans in this family, I was more than happy to review the latest Scooby movie, Scooby-Doo: Mask of the Blue Falcon when asked. Ben was clearly impressed when he unwrapped the Warner Brothers package to reveal the DVD and of course it had to be watched immediately.
Scooby-Doo: Mask of the Blue Falcon DVD Review
Scooby-Doo: Mask of the Blue Falcon is a feature-length adventure following the Mystery Incorporated team and takes place at a comic book convention in California called the Mega Mondo Pop Cartoon-a-Con.
The gang investigate the villainous Mr. Hyde (voice of John DiMaggio) who releases a horde of evil creatures while trying to stop the release of the new Falcon film. Shaggy (Matthew Lillard) and Scooby (Frank Welker) take inspiration from their favorite superheroes Blue Falcon and Dynomutt as they attempt to put a stop to Mr. Hyde's wicked ways and save the convention.
We enjoyed watching this movie, it's definitely a family fun type movie with a few scary characters but nothing that was too frightening but be prepared if you are watching it with little ones who scare easily. There are some very funny parts to it, like the overweight comic book convention attendees dressed in badly fitting super hero outfits that had me giggling.
Scooby-Doo: Mask of Blue Falcon is available to purchase from many retailers including Amazon where it is priced at £9.99.
