Overall seed: Kentucky. This is no surprise they finished the regular season undefeated, and SEC Tournament as well.

Kentucky team to go 34-0. The only other team is Wichita State. Last time a team went undefeated through the National Championship is Indiana in 1976.

The other number #1 seeds: Duke, Villanova, Kentucky, Wisconsin
South

1/16: Duke/North Florida or Robert Morris: Duke has been near the top of the polls are year. I don't know if it is really deserved or just name recognition.  I got Duke. They will go to Final Four.

8/9: San Diego State/St. Johns: St. John is without their best player so it will be a tougher game. I still have St. Johns to win. SD State is coming off playing in their sixth straight NCAA tournament and last year finishing in the Sweet 16.

4/13: Georgetown/E. Washington: I really hope that E. Washington wins, but they are in the bottom third of NCAA in defense. But they did beat Indiana early this year. Georgetown also hasn't made it past the first round since 2007.

5/12: Utah/SFA: I always like the 12th seed over the 5th seed. I really have no reason, but I just do. This is the first time Utah is in the NCAA since 2009. SFA was a Cinderella team knocking off the favorite VCU.

6/11: SMU/UCLA: I'm rooting for SMU because I don't think UCLA should be there. They might use it as motivation to win, but I want SMU to win. This is also the first time since 1993 that they have been to the tourney. The Selection Committee says UCLA deserves to be there by strength of schedule and gaining speed.

3/14 : Iowa State/UAB: I'm cheering for my Clones. They are Back 2 Back Big 12 Tournament Champions. I'm a little bummed that they are a 3 seed because we are the same seed as Oklahoma. We beat them 2 this year, and Kansas is a 2 seed and we beat them twice as well.

7/10: Iowa/Davidson: I usually don't cheer for Iowa, but I will cheering for them. I love that we have 3 Iowa teams in the tournament.

2/15: Gonzaga/North Dakota State: I am cheering for ND State, but I think the Zags will win. People are projecting them to go to Indy for the Final 4. They have everything that you look for in a team. They have the size, defense, efficiency is good. (They play ISU next so I'll be rooting against them a lot.) Zags hasn't made it past the first weekend since 2009, and last year ND State beat OU last year. It's going to be a good game.

East: Most people are saying this is the easiest bracket

1/16: Villanova/Lafeyette: Nova will win. A 16 seed has never upset a #1 seed and I don't see it with this matchup. I really don't know anything about either of these teams. Nova has the most experience team out there.
8/9: NC State/LSU: I'm going for LSU. I'm a southern girl at heart and can't root against my SEC. LSU has a great front court and it's hard to believe that they lost 7 games in the SEC. And an OT lost to Auburn. We were outside waiting for the Arkansas/Tennessee game and everyone was stunned. It was like a moment of silence for LSU.

5/12: I am bias and going to UNI. I think it will be close, but at the end of the game UNI will have more points. All the announcers have Wyoming to win, but I like UNI to win. More experience in this type of event, and I bet they are already looking ahead to Kansas. Both schools being in Kansas and they are the "little brother." I know they are looking forward to that.

4/13: Louisville/UC Irvine: In the past 3 years, Louisville has made 2 Final Fours, won a National title, and Sweet 16. I pick Louisville. It is also UC  Irvine's first time in school history. They are just happy to be there.

6/11: Providence/Dayton or Boise State: This match up I know NOTHING about non of these teams. I had to do research. Providence was a bubble Top 25 team all year. Dayton doesn't have a player taller than 6'6" on their team. Boise State started out 0-3 and ended co-champs at the end of the year. Dayton also gets home field advantage.

7/10: Michigan State/Georgia: Despite being the weakest team for MSU they have made a trip to the Sweet 16 the last six of the seven year.

3/14: Oklahoma/Albany: I'm going for Oklahoma because they have more depth, and being in the Big 12 I've seen more games by them. This is Albany's third consecutive year that they made the tourney.

West

1/16: Wisconsin/Coastal Carolina. I wish CC had a different seed because I really like them. The reason is because Gary went to college with the Strength and Conditioning coach. I want friends to do well. Unfortantely that's not going to happen this year.

8/9: Oregon/Oklahoma State: I have OSU because they play in the Big 12 and I think that's better conference than Pac 12.

5/12: Arkansas/Wofford: I'm picking Arkansas. Wofford is a good team as they made the tournament the past 2 years. I know I normally pick the 12 over the 5 but I can't do that against my Hogs. #fastest40 Wofford is a team that I can appreciate because they play a non conference that was legit - West Virginia, Stanford, and Duke. My advice to teams that aren't in power conferences - play a tougher non conference schedule to get notice!

4/13: North Carolina/Harvard: I would love to see Harvard win for many reasons, and I would love to UNC to win as well. I think UNC is the best team overall.

7/10: VCU/Ohio State: Call me a hater, but VCU. I just don't like OSU.

6/11: Xavier/BYU or Ole Miss: All of these I feel are pretty even. I think Xavier will win, but I wouldn't be upset if it went any other way.

3/14: Baylor/Georgia State: Poor Georgia State coach torn his Achilles celebrating with his team. Baylor is good and they are just getting HOT. They also took away with some Big 12 awards this year.

2/15: Arizona/Texas Southern: I hate to say this because the hubs use to work at Arizona State, but I'm going for the school down south. They are a good team, but I think this tournament will make them work.

Midwest:
Lots of people are saying this is the toughest bracket. I tend to agree with them.

1/16: Kentucky/Manhattan or Hamption: Either way Kentucky is going to win. Granted it's a whole new season but Kentucky is just too good.

4/13: Maryland/Valparaiso: Maryland had some great wins against some key opponents. So I have Maryland over all. I think it will be a close game because Valpo is going to the tourney 2 times in the last 3 years.

8/9: Cincinnati/Purdue: Both I think are last minute teams. They didn't start off to well, but it's how you finish. Cinci is probably a more physical team. I think this could go either way. It really doesn't matter too much either because they play Kentucky and I think Kentucky will win.

5/12: West Virginia/Buffalo: I'm going with Buffalo. WVU has a good press and that's about it. Staten is their only "star" player.

6/11: Texas/Butler: Texas was a bubble team. I like Texas over Butler, and have had more tougher opponents than Butler and have more depth. They do have a chip on their shoulder from the big 12 and people doubting them all year. Texas is also 3-12 vs the Top 50.

3/14: Notre Dame/Northwestern: From working the in sports industry and the hubs still working we make a lot of friends that work at different teams. We have a good friend that works in the Northwestern athletic department. So I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to pick Northwestern but Notre Dame has one of the best offensives in the nation.

7/10: Wichita State/Indiana. I like WSU over Indiana. I will have to say my bias of not liking the Big 10 conference has a little say in this. WSU is a good team and they are no stranger to the tournament. It's also hard to pick a team that went .500 in the Big 10 and not a good offense.

2/15: Kansas/New Mexico State: I know Kansas will win. The next opponent would be in my opinion is Wichita State which is an in-state rivalry. It's weird that the committee would do this.
Misc:
Last 4 teams into the tournament Ole. Miss  Byu Boise state Dayton
Last 4 teams out of the tournament Colorado state Temple Old dominion  Richmond

Snubs:

Florida, Vandy, Texas A&M, Miami
3 out of the 4 are SEC teams. To all you haters against the SEC what's your talk now. #justsayin
