Snickerdoodles!

Even though I planned it, I don't really know what made me made snickerdoodles today! I just know they are one of my favorites and my family makes a ton of batches during this time of year, when it was autumn time, and very seasonal!                INGREDIENTS           *DOUGH        ~2 3/4 cups of all purpose flour        ~ 2 teaspoons baking powder        ~ 1/2 teaspoons of salt        ~ 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened        ~ 1 1/2 cups of sugar        ~ 2 large eggs            *Snickerdoodle Cinnamon powder          ~2 tablespoons of sugar          ~ 2 teaspoons ground cinnamonMY PROCESS/DIRECTIONS (With pictures)
First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.First, pour your flour into a mixing bowlSnickerdoodles!

Then add your baking powderSnickerdoodles!

Next, add in the salt (I always use Mediterranean Sea Salt)Snickerdoodles!

Then, soften 1 cup (or 2 sticks of butter)Snickerdoodles!

Now, add in your sugarSnickerdoodles!

For the last of the dough ingredient, add in the 2 eggsSnickerdoodles!

Mix together, and set aside.Snickerdoodles!

Snickerdoodles!Now to make the snickerdoodle powder...2 tablespoons of sugarSnickerdoodles!

And 2 tablespoons of cinnamonSnickerdoodles!

Pour it into another bowl and mix the sugar and cinnamon togetherSnickerdoodles!

Next, get a cookie sheet out and cover it with tin foil Snickerdoodles!
Now, take a bit of dough, and roll it into the the cinnamon/sugar powderSnickerdoodles!

and of course keep doing this till you have a full cookie sheetSnickerdoodles!

Bake the cookies for about 13 minutesSnickerdoodles!
