Spezia Bistro is one of the most vibrant places I have visited. You’re lucky if you get a table vacant during lunch time here. But you are more lucky to spend some time in their waiting area. That is marvelous. Though the place is small but optimally utilized. Everything seems right in its place here. Waiting area, rest rooms, kitchen area, big screen, loud music, wall decor, ambiance, lighting hanging from the ceiling, and the bar and pastry area. So much fitting so smartly. Sixty persons can accommodate here. You will find people of all ages. Young groups, families with kids, couples, and working groups for lunch. The serving staff is energetic, fast, right on the mark, and wearing a special cowboy hat. You have comfortable chairs and sofas. There are two long stools at the bar.
Corn and Mushroom Melt at Spezia Bistro is good in taste with plenty of cheese spread over corn and mushroom topping on a long baked crispy bread. Chicken Wings in Lemon Pepper Sauce are quite spicy, lemony, and delicious. Chicken Momos Sizzler comes with rice, fries, vegetables, and of course chicken Momos. All in red sauce. This is worth trying. Pan Seared Fish Parmigiana had broccoli, rice, fish. The fish melts in your mouth and with rice, it makes it a good combination. All the food is light. Probably cooking process and oils contain the key to this magic. Chilly Fish Dry is also a not-to-miss specialty.
Spezia Bistro Offers Great Budget Friendly Food
Smoked Chicken and Basil soup has a real taste of smoked Chicken. And it is quite creamy and thick. Mexican Treasure Pizza is so veg. You can have Thin Crust base or Pan. Mine was thin crust. Though it is not one of the best I ever had still it is worth trying. Overall Spezia Bistro is a fabulous experience in terms of budget food with excellent taste, great hospitality, and superb environment adding another good place to my food journey.
