With a solid square base that soon turns to beautiful smooth curves which then morph into a curved octagonal base reducing in size and then rising upwards, vertically and leads us to a ridge which then flares outwards and creates an almost fruit or acorn look to the top part of this pretty old bollard.
A lot of time and effort appears to have gone into the casting of this rather beautiful bollard, with layers of paint chipping/falling off. To the right of the bollard we find two posts rather bland/boring but serving the same purpose.
