I love Sunday Socials because it gives me a chance to blog on the weekends without really having to think about it to much. I know probably not the smartest thing a blogger to say to my readers, but most of you are bloggers and understand. At least I hope you do. 

This week is all about blogging! I have a love-hate relationship with my blog. I love it because it's my virtual scrapbook for Gary and I. We can go back and see different post and it brings back so many memories. It also works for our family to see what we are up to while we are away. That is the real reason I started this blog. I sometimes hate this blog because it takes over my life, and somethings I don't really know what to write about or if I even matter in this blog world. It's hard not to compare myself to Erin or Sami. 

How did you come up with your blog name?

The name of my blog is Life of A Sports Wife. When I first started blogging my blog was Through the Storms. I was a born again Christian and wanted to write about my journey through the storms and surviving. I was going through a lot of stuff at the time. 

Then I met my amazing husband and we I started a blog called Sharing Our Life. It started because we were moving to OKC, and I wanted a way to show our family what we were doing. It has now turned into a virtual scrapbook for us.  I changed my blog name in April 2010 while I was working for a non-profit in OK and the hubs was working sports. One of my favorite people in the world, Falen, helped come up with my new name. 

What is your favorite thing about blogging?
The friends that I have made hands down. It's great because we are constantly moving and be are moving near us. Plus when I moved to AZ I didn't know anyone, and I have already met 2 bloggers in real life. I have blate to meet more in the future. 

What is one thing you have discovered because of blogging and now cant live without?

That is a tough one. I'm not really sure. I think I wouldn't be on twitter so much. I was already on twitter before but it was mostly for professional development. 

Facebook or Twitter? and why?

Twitter. It's more real time. If I communicate with any bloggers on facebook it's through their page. Not everyone checks their facebook page as often as their twitter. 

If one celeb read your blog who would you want it to be?

Since I mostly write about sports I would stay any sports announcer. My current favorite is Samantha Steele Ponder. I really can't think of anyone off the top of my head. 

What is something you want people to know about your blog? It's crazy and random. I like several different things that really don't match at all. I blog about sporting events, my dog Heisman, craft time, going on vacation, my life. The list could go on and on.
