Sunday Verse: Deuteronomy 8:18

Posted on the 22 July 2012 by Lifeofasportswife @jessaolson
Today's bible verse is Deuteronomy 8:18. It was part of the sermon last night at LifeChurch. When he said this verse it just hit me and makes me want to memorize it.
"Always remember that it is the Lord your God who give you power to become rich, and he does it to fulfill the covenant he made with you wealthy." NLT
But you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who is giving you power to make wealth, that He may confirm His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day. NASB
But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your forefathers, as it is today. NIV
But thou shalt remember the Lord they God; for it is he that giveth thee power to gt wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy father, as it this day. KJV
I need to remember that all my power and energy comes from above. I can not take credit for anything because God is the one in charge. The biggest thing for me is the definition of success. What is true success to me? (More on the last question on Wednesday.)
