When a restaurant claims to be a Cafe, it must cover a wide range of Coffees. The same goes true for Tafree Cafe and Terrace Bar at the heart of Delhi, Connaught Place. I would like to see Turkish Coffee as well. Turkish coffee, as we know, is an altogether different style of preparation of unfiltered coffee. This reminds me of Irani Chai at SodaBottleOpenerWala at Cybercity, Gurgaon. Well, that apart, which is not a very significantly missing point, there are a lot more significant points in making it a lovely place to dine in. Firstly, the food is fabulous. The presentation, flavor, and preparation assure you of a perfect taste in the starters. This, in fact, generates a right amount of craving. Rather, some of the starters will prompt you for a repeat. Like, I had a second serving of Prawns.
There is a wide variety of food and drinks at Tafree Cafe and Terrace Bar. Especially, if you are a non-vegetarian. As far as ambiance goes, it is at its fullest and in an eye-catching way. Rather, it is quite pleasing and engaging. You have two options for a table. Either take a table outside on the terrace and enjoy the Connaught Place all-time bustle. Or sit more comfortably on sofas inside. If you are a hookah consumer or want to enjoy some cigarettes, I would recommend you sit outside. But still be careful that you are not spoiling anybody else’s day on the surrounding tables. Because the seating outside is not very spacious but contrarily enjoyable at Tafree Cafe and Terrace Bar.

Well, as far as food goes, all preparations are fabulous. In vegetarian section, Corn, and Paneer Tikka are fantastic in taste. While in non-veg starters almost all the starters are fantastic. Like, Pesto Chicken, Mutton, and Prawns in starters are mouth watering. Did I mention Palak Patta Chaat? Just go for it without fail. Overall, it is nice to dine-in at Tafree Cafe and Terrace Bar. Though being new, the staff needs additional training for better service and customer response. This is because it is just newly opened. The things will be definitely better once the dust settles down.
