TMNT Battle Shell Figures
These TMNT Battle Shell Figures are ideal for any fans of the hit TV series who will love playing with them and recreating battles. All the figures come with their signature weapons and the very cool thing about the turtles is that their shells pop open to reveal a weaponised surprise.
Raphael comes with two Full Sais which slot into loops on the back of his shell or his hands plus two Half Sais and two Shuriken stored in his shell.
If you have more than one of the four turtle figures you can have fun swapping weapons about to help you defeat the baddies. The extremely detailed figures are five inches tall, they are really well made with bendy, flexible joints with each figure having more than twelve points of articulation and are strong enough to withstand the toughest of play.
The Baddies
We were also sent Cockroach Terminator, a pretty ugly and scary enemy of the TMNT.
He comes with a Saw Blade which slots through a hole in his body that you move forward and back from behind to control and he also has Spy gear with an antennae that you slot into the top of his head.
The weapons don't feel as good as the ones with the Turtle figures but I think that is just the nature of the ones he uses. Like Raphael, the detail is also good on the Cocroach Terminator as is the articulation - you can turn his and his hips, shoulders, and elbows all have two-way motion
What We Thought
Ben loves playing with these TMNT figures and his imagination definitely kicks in when he does with some lengthy, heroic and often amusing battles taking place between Raphael and Cockroach Terminator. Cockroach often ends up with Half Sais slotted in the holes of the soles of his feet, Shuriken on his antennae and Full Sais through his body so it is safe to say Raphael always wins.
