I always played sports as a kid and was very serious about Taekwondo, competing at national and international level and representing Ireland many times. It taught me a lot - discipline, dedication and teamwork, things that have stood to me throughout life. I really want this for Ben and hope that he will enjoy sports just as much as I did growing up whatever sport he decides to play.
Maybe he will be a runner
..or a cyclist,
a footballer,
..or a jockey,
a javelin thrower,
a sailor,
.. or a shot put thrower.
