This is all the rage right now in the fitness world. It's a great weight management and control appetite. I tried it for a few days and it seem work all right. I didn't snack as often as I did before.

This little bar was a debate in our house. I wanted it for lunch, and so did the hubs. I won because he had the cookies. I really liked it since we are trying to get healthy.

Urgent RX Fast Powders: $1.39
I had never heard of this before getting this box. It's an OTC medication in a powder form. The powder is suppose to be better because it gets into the system faster. They also have others for allergies, heart burn, aspirin, etc.

My favorite was the fast powder. Last week at work I had the worst headache took the powder and felt amazing! All of the items were great to try because I haven't heard of any of them before the Vox Box.
