They shall still bear fruit in old age;
They shall be fresh and flourishing
— Psalm 92:14
I think the title of this post speaks for itself. My birthday this year is extra special because this is my last year being a twenty-something. It feels like the end of another chapter of my life, And the next year will mark a new beginning.
It also reminds me that I am definitely not getting any younger. But I do hope that I did get a bit wiser, Because what a wasted life this would be if I’m not learning life’s lessons along the way.
The wisdom I gain each year is my treasure – My investment. Unlike any material investments, wisdom is something I don’t fear losing… Because it is something people won’t be able to take away from me. But it is one thing that I absolutely would love to share… Because wisdom is a gift from God. And we all deserve to be a part of that gift.
Today I turn 29 – The first day of the last year of my twenties. Praise God for all the blessings He has given me and for all the lessons that I learned.
Thank you so much for visiting! God bless. :-)
