The Mughal Trail is a delivery outlet in Rajouri Garden. You can count it, in fact, for rich recipes in North Indian and Mughlai cuisines. The packing is fantastic and easy to handle. In fact, other delivery companies need to take a note of it. The box having your dishes has a perfect design to carry it so easily. In case, you plan to pick up the food on your way home from this outlet, the packing will bring a delight on your face. Otherwise, also, it becomes easier for the delivery boys to carry and handover it easily. Inside the box also the things are placed quite neatly. In fact, the smaller packs of mint chutney are taped well at the bottom of the box. That is a wise decision so that it does not move here and there causing any spills. Sometimes small things create a big impact.

The Mughal Trail For Rich North Indian and Mughlai Cuisines #FoodReviewGulkand Paan Cheesecake Slice

I had Multani Paneer Tikka, Qasr E Pukhtan, Kulcha Stuffed Paneer, Pudina Parantha, Masaaledar Subj Biryani, and Gulkand Paan Cheese Cake Slice from The Mughal Trail. Surprisingly Salan and Pakhtooni Raita were missing in my Masaaledar Subj Biryani. She was just alone and was feeling quite lonely without her two accompanies. I am not sure if it was a result of a half-an-hour delay in delivery. Or a hurry to deliver because of the delay was the reason for skipping it. Qasr E Pukhtan is a main course dish and is quite tasty. It has longish slices of Paneer along with capsicum and other ingredients. All this is in a thick and rich gravy thus making it one of their best veg dishes. Multani Paneer Tikka is a starter. There are six squarish large pieces of Fresh juicy Paneer with a good mix of spices.

The Mughal Trail Ensures Fresh and Tasty Dishes

Stuffed Kulcha from The Mughal Trail had sufficient Paneer in it. In fact, Paneer inside is fresh and tasty. The good part is that despite being a Kulcha, it was not rubbery.  You don’t need to chew it for long. Plus there is a freshness in it. In fact, that freshness you will find it in all the dishes. Pudina Parantha is good in taste and soft to relish. Masaledar Subj Biryani is good in terms of preparation, ingredients, and taste. So is the dessert. In fact, Gulkand Paan Cheesecake is one of their specialties and is quite graceful in the presentation.
