Before I start this short review and article, I would like to thank everyone who remembered and took time to greet me online and offline on my 25th Birthday! Since I am now on my mid-20s, I want to be a better version of myself and achieve all my goals before I hit 30. We all want to be better, we strive to improve every day.
I’m sure you’ve heard already a great campaign by SkinWhite. Being the leading and pioneer skin whitening brand in the country, they wanted to help us especially young Filipinas to improve ourselves, hence they came up with the hashtag / campaign called SkinWhite #BetterMe. It’s a movement that aims to help and inspire us to do better in all aspects of life. With this, they formed The Captivate Council from different prestigious college campuses
The chosen girls (Batch 1 and Batch 2) were handpicked based on their accomplishments at school and ability to inspire others with their go-getting, stay confident attitude. They all participated in different activities such as outreach programs, fitness parties, and SkinWhite #BetterMe ball!
For November last year, the goal is to celebrate their own beauty. They were treated to a fashion and beauty makeover, and proper skin prep using the SkinWhite Advanced Power Whitening Face Cream Powder and Whitening Lotion.

It’s really nice that it’s available in different shades! I got Light Beige and it goes pretty well with my complexion. It dries into a matte powder, making my face feels as smooth as baby skin. No joke!
For improvement, I hope they can increase the sun protection factor (SPF) of this product so there’s no need for us to apply another layer of sunblock.
