I look at the view outside one of the windows of our house… It has stopped raining… And then I start to thank God… Because even if it has been raining hard the past couple of days… It hasn’t really affected me and my family that much.
And then I realize… Just how incredibly blessed I am… For not having to go through what the victims of flooded areas have to go through. God has always kept me and my loved ones safe from calamities… Because I have always asked Him to save us from any kind of danger… And He has always been faithful in listening to my prayers.
But… It saddens me… To see how some of my countrymen had to suffer so much. I hope and pray… That God will give them strength as they go through this trial.
I ask that you pray for them, too.
