Slightly distracted by Pinterest, I am just getting into it
Made it to the gym this afternoon – Step. My heart rate got seriously sky high, and I was a red-faced sweaty mess. I felt that I had more strength this week though(!)
[You will be pleased to know that I used several hair pins to sort my hair out Really wanted to keep it nice after the hairdressers work, but hey exercise is way more important!]
I think the extra strength is purely as a result of yoga Hello almost biceps, how do you do?! I’ve always been a lot stronger in my legs, so it’s time to get my arms/back/core going.
I’m so pumped to see some changes in my body, even if the scale hasn’t followed yet.
Woah, I am tired.
