August 2014 BDJ Box – Luscious Locks is obviously a box for the hair. My hair is crazy so I take extra care for it (even if you can’t tell sometimes because it looks like a nest? LOL).

I’ve been seeing these two products in salons that I visit and I’ve been wanting to try them out but I don’t have the budget yet so I am thankful that these are in last month’s box. The deluxe samples are big enough to last more or less a month.

The Garnier coloring product is a repeat from a past month’s box and I gave it to my aunt who badly needs a new hair color. It’s also too dark for my hair color preference. The vouchers are awesome but the locations are too far from home so I included them in my ROMs giveaway (you can check the sidebar for more deets!)

Aside from hair products, I’m happy that they included a lipstick (this can make everyone extra happy). I haven’t tried the perfume samples but I believe I also included them to my ROM’s prize this month.
Shiseido Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate 30ml, P3,500.00
Boost your underlying beauty with this luxurious essence from Shiseido. It has the Ultimune complex that was developed from 20 years of dermatological research. With just one week of daily use, skin is supple and glows with health.
Of course, the star of my night, I mean this box! I’m a great fan of Shiseido products that’s why I’m so excited for this. It smells great plus you can already see the difference in first use! Amazeballs!
Okay now, down to the computation, excluding the vouchers and assuming the two L’Oreal deluxe samples cost 500.00 for both, the total items in this box is P4,549.00. However if you didn’t win the Golden Ticket, you got at least P1,049.00 of products. Still more than the subscription fee of P580.00 per month. Also if you are not a golden ticket winner, this box might just be a so-so box for you. As for me, I think even if I didn’t get the full size of Shiseido product, I will still like it because of the L’Oreal deluxe samples. I love hair products!
