First of all its location matches well with its positioning in Vipul Trade Center on Sohna Road. A warm welcome at the entrance and a grand entry make the whole thing look so pleasing. There is a feeling of a high level of professionalism and perfection in the air. A big golden bull at the entrance welcomes you stating the signature of this restaurant. There is a separate smoking zone where an ample number of tables are there to take care of people who love to smoke in between or along with their drinks and food. This is a huge area to accommodate a large number of guests. Despite that, at times, you find waiting here especially during weekends and dinner time. This place, in fact, has something mystic to attract people.
A large bar, multiple large screens all across running videos of famous bands and individual artists. Service is fabulous and has a mark of perfection. Taste and presentation of food also carry the same amount of perfection. But still, I feel, improvement has no end. Like, the toilet was smelling bad. Someone from housekeeping needs to attend it on an hourly basis to ensure everything is fine. Another point of attention is a strong exhaust mechanism in the smoking zone. Vapour Bar Exchange Sohna Road is quite popular among families. Besides families, you will also find young groups enjoying drinks and food here. The restaurant has a class of its own. In fact, it is a landmark and leader in the market for many others to follow and learn a lot from it. Young kids love the ambience, atmosphere, and food while having a good amount of fun here.
Vapour Bar Exchange Sohna Road Is Popular Among Families
Among starters at Vapour Bar Exchange Sohna Road, we had Paneer Jalapeno Tikka, Veg Galawati, Kali Mirch Tangri, Prawn in Salt & Pepper Sauce, and Masala Idli. Each dish has its own signature style of presentation and has a unique taste. In fact, you find the best of Veg Galawati here. Kali Mirch Tangri carries a deep touch of black pepper. So much so that the Tangri itself comes with a black coating of kali mirch making it quite sharp and spicy. Prawn in Salt & Peper Sauce is good to try. Masala Idli is, in my opinion, a speciality not to miss. Otherwise, also, you don’t get good south Indian preparation in non-South Indian restaurants. Grill Fish from the continental main course is fabulous and flawless. From Soups we had Roast Tomato Orange Bisque, Leek Spinach Soup, and Lemon Coriander Veg Soup. Paprika Veg Pizza has good toppings.
We also had Dosa Chicken that is a set of two plain Dosa coming with two different preparations of Chicken main dishes. Overall, Vapour Bar Exchange is a fabulous experience.
