Vapour Pub Brewery is a majestic treat. It is the same kind of grand experience in food and service as at Vapour Bar Exchange Brewpub. We had Shirley Temple, Summer Hummer, and Virgin Mary in drinks. For starters, we had Dahi Ke Sholey, Palak Patta Chaat, Paneer Oriental Skewer with Burnt Garlic Sauce, Kadhi Chawal Arancini, Mushroom Duplex, Spicy Fish, and Chili Garlic Tempura Prawns. Every appetizer is a unique treat. In fact, Kadhi ChawalArancini is kind of a mini main course dish. Kadhi is fabulous. There is no large choice in soups. We had Lemon Coriander Soup and it is good. In the main course, we had Dal Makhani with Chur Chur Naan, Warqi Prantha, and Grilled Fish. Actually, all the dishes are for an exclusive experience and all words fall short to explain the fabulous taste and eye-catching presentation.
My first experience with Vapour was in April 2017 with a visit at their Vapour Bar Exchange in Global Foyer Mall. That was really a fantastic experience. Next visit was at their Sohna Road outlet. It was more serene and fulfilling here. In fact, there is no comparison between the two. A visit to any of their outlets is always promising and fulfilling. While the bar exchanges have fluctuating prices of liquor, that is not the case at Vapour Pub Brewery. The rates of liquor are static here with no fluctuations like in exchange. But the quality and taste are always same at all their outlets. And is always a class apart. Especially the Dal Makhani that is so tasteful and addictive. It is, in fact, always a pleasure to visit Vapour. As a matter of fact, now they are present in Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.
Vapour Pub Brewery was Another great Experience
Next time I visit Bengaluru, would definitely be visiting The Vapour Kebab Room and The Vapour Bangalore. Similarly, Vapour Vapour Brewpub Diner Hyderabad also would be a great experience. A small tiny white element floating in the water glass is a point of improvement. That can easily be taken care of, I suppose. How about a wet tissue before appetizers to have more focus on hygiene and health? Overall, Vapour Pub Brewery is a place to extend your horizon of food experience.
