Please share some of the best memories of your childhood
I rate my recollection abilities pretty high. But this question stumps me. Asthalin was not very popular during my childhood and to some extent my parents considered it to be a taboo. The best moments would be my mother’s arms wrapped around my chest and her chin resting on top of my head as we waited for the spasm to pass. I enjoyed fidgeting with her golden wristlet. It was smooth on the inner surface but on outside it was like a concatenated rectangular pieces which were chamfered on the corners. These rectangles were alternatively glossy and patterned. When I ran my fingers on the surface, they worked wonders in diverting my focus away from my alternative heaving and sagging chest.

About your education? Pretty mundane – B-Tech: Mechanical Engineering from a REC (nowadays they have a fancy acronym – NIT) What career did you plan during your education days?There were two very myopic plans. Life was too busy to see beyond the first year of college. I wanted to move early on my grand goal of moving to 52 starred and 13 lined flag’s country. When that catered (early) I moved on to the goal of trying to enter the double Ied college of management.
What languages you can speak and write? Hindi, English, Marathi (patchy though) What is your biggest source of inspiration in life? Living life after a life-threatening event is like having a fissile inspiration (It’s self-sustaining). That said, human behavior (constructive, positive kind) which defines moments/places motivates me to transcend my limitations. What hurts you most in this world? Nothing. What is the biggest challenge you have faced? How did you overcome it? When I was 23, my heart failed. You might instinctively imagine angioplasty or some cardiac operative procedure. Though I had to go through its lesser cousin – Angiography, this heart failure was not the ones we typically know of. This is a rare form of failure called congestive heart failure(CHF). The heart is a muscle and in CHF it loses its strength to pump blood. If you had to live a day of your life as one of the living or dead personality, who would it be and why? Living – I would like to be as smart as NNT (Nasim Nicholas Taleb.) If you know NNT then the name would suffice to answer Why. Dead (Fictional) Giovanni Drogo in Book The Tartar Steppe (original Italian – Il desertodei Tartari) by Dino Buzzati Why? I think everyone has a bit of Giovanni Drogo in them. After graduation as military officer Drogo is sent to Fort Bastiani where nothing ever happens but beyond it, a threat of Tartar attack looms. Drogo consumes his life amidst boredom, shunning the accepted norms of living – marrying, starting a family, having a social life – and never to have engaged in combat, despite yearning for it. He desires glory in thwarting the attacks by tartars and has dedicated his life to it. But thirty years pass and Tartars don’t attack. I don’t want to spoil the climax of this novel for anyone reading this, someone who may have a question like – Do Tartars eventually come? But Drogo for me is an epitome of Hope for a chance to glory and dedicating your life to glory. He is quite close to another character from Homer’s Iliad – Pandoras – who gives everything for glory but… What is your favorite genre and why? When did you start writing? What is the purpose of your writing?
2013. There was a purpose for JS.COM – to learn how to write so that I am armed to write a memoir on my recovery from heart failure to fitness better. I think this story of convalescence and building on top of it can demonstrate that our life is lifewards and when it comes to healthy living inaction and passivity is sometimes better. Inaction has a notoriety to it. It sticks to fitness and never to lifestyle (food, drink, sleep, etc) Which of your work has been published so far? Would you like to share a synopsis of your work? What keeps you motivating towards writing?
There are infinite possibilities. I like to explore. Pass knowledge. The goal is to stop looking at west. Dig into our culture and give something to the next generation so that they stop claiming unabashedly that “I don’t like reading books”
If Writing a Book is taken as a project, What are the key essentials you take care of in Project Management?
PM is like getting firing a colt to kill a mosquito. It’s simple to write 1000 words a day. In 3 months there will be a book. (Nothing original here. I have picked this from Stephen King’s about writing.)

How do you plan, schedule and monitor your writing commitments? “Do I really look like a guy with a plan? You know what I am? I’m a dog chasing cars. I wouldn’t know what to do with one if I caught it. You know, I just… do things.” Joker in Dark Knight.What are your future plans?
Joker quote…but there is one book which I am excited about. Its futuristic cricket, where a vastavik (natural) struggles with his inner demons to achieve glory amidst biotes. What is generally your preference in reading – a paper book or ebook? And why? Paperback. I love the smell and the feeling of success when a thin line on left edge turns planer. What four top most things you take care of while writing a book? 1. Show and not tell. 2. Don’t use any word that has bourgeoise usage. Things like “don’t be judgemental, mindblowing” – are for the banshee to demolish. 4. Names of character on opposite sides of alphabet spectrum. Aman and Yug. Jangsher and Reet. Daulat and Tara. 4. Get out of a place before its too long. I had a habit of trying to overposulate and over hypothesize. Now I try to let them figure. How much real life goes into a fiction writing? If too much goes into it then you are not being creative enough and not winning. Is a high level of imagination important to have for an Author? Depends on what is being written. Fiction – Yes. Your dream destination on Earth? I don’t like to travel. Your origin of birth and other countries you have visited/ stayed. What best things you liked in these countries around the globe? Nagpur.
