Friday night after work we didn't really do too much. We went to Wal-Mart and got stuff to make donut burger. You'll hear more about that later, I promise. Then we went swimming for while. We decided to talk Heisman with us, but that was a HUGE mistake. We got make in the apartment, and he decided to pee EVERYWHERE. He spent most of his night in puppy jail.
Saturday
We were going to find some garage sales, but we decided to go look at apartments instead. We have 4 months still left on our lease, but we HATE our current apartment. It is absolutely horrible. We went to go see 4 apartments, and think we got some good backup choices in case our first choice doesn't have any available.Then we went to the Arizona Humane Society Shelter to see about getting a puppy. They were doing a mass sale and we could get a puppy for $35. I found this cute girl dog, but by the time we got there the only dogs that were available to adopt where the huge dogs. So we came home empty handed.
Once home Gary was home for the night. He didn't want to do anything else. He watched baseball while I watched Strapped from Lifechurch. Gary and I are starting Financial Peace University this week, so I wanted to start off being prepared.
A major feat for me was that I wasn't on twitter ALL DAY!! I'm quite shocked by this because the MLB Draft was going on and I missed a fellow bloggers husband being drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks. If you get a chance to Love, The Skinnys and congratulate Adam and Deidre. I now have a new favorite D-backs pitcher!!
Sunday
We tried out a new church in the Valley. We really like so we will go back again. As soon as we walked people acknowledged us, and made us feel at home. After that we did laundry, and came home to relax. Gary and I watched baseball both professional and college.Our weekends are productive yet relaxing at the same time. Bye weekend see you next week!
