It's just old photo of World's Anti Corruption Day at Hasanuddin University's gate at Jl. Perintis Kemerdekaan Km.10 Makassar, Indonesia. On the day, I could not enter to the campus because as you see the gate and even the road is blocked by students who take place for the demonstration.
