This is pretty much what my vacations feel like when I'm in the middle of them: one loooong blur. My last shift before vacay was a week ago Wednesday at Station 13. I had a weird feeling we were gonna have a big fire cuz that seems to happen just before extended time off, but no such luck. And pretty much from the moment I got off work that morning until now it's been a heavy dosage of friends, drinks, more drinks, good food, shots, and more friends, with a few hours of recovery and hydration mixed inbetween. But isn't that the way vacation should be? Lots of laughs, not having to stop short cuz you have to work early in the morning, enjoying sleeping in till 10 and going outside and enjoying the sun on your face while everyone else slaves away at their 9 to 5. If you agree, then good, I'm glad, cuz that's exactly what I've been doing.

And how do you start a Monday right after a night like that? Pizza and beer for lunch at B&J;'s with Bruce and Dave from Station 9 followed by cigars and rum at Tobacco World of course..

Ahhhh vacation. Thank god for pictures cuz I didn't feel like trying to type all that out. On that note, it's 8pm and I have plans for 8:30. Enjoy this masterpiece from start to finish. (Seriously prepare for mind-blowage at the 6 minute mark.) Later.
