I just want to thank everyone for your thoughts and prayers for Mr. A’s grandmother. Your sweet messages, phone calls, and emails meant the world to us.
And thankfully they also seemed to work. After seeing three days of precipitous decline, all of a sudden on Sunday Maw Maw (as the kids like to call her) made a dramatic turn for the better. While she’s not out of the woods (or the ICU) yet, she is definitely much better than she has been.
Since she made so much improvement, we decided to come home yesterday, which means regular posting will begin tomorrow.
Thank you all again for your kind words and thoughtful prayers. We are forever grateful.
