There's always this situation that most of us girls may already have experienced and that would be what we call 'impulse shopping'. When we go to a mall, most of the time we tend to stop by a fashion store and do a little window shopping. Just window shopping. But the game changes when the store has an ongoing sale. Impulse shopping strikes right there and then. We can't help ourselves to impulsively buy all the pretty things that we see. Maybe not all, but mostly. As a result, I got a few new clothes and two of them are these white top and a pair of mom jeans. H&M has been on huge sale up until now so you can't really blame me...okay a little. Also, they are the perfect match for my outfit during the Pop District Bazaar Summer!
The only problem I had with this outfit are my c̶h̶u̶c̶k̶y̶ ̶h̶e̶e̶l̶s̶ feet. No, the heels weren't uncomfy at all. It's my feet that got all sweaty, like slippery sweaty. My feet have been like this since I was born 22 years ago and I almost never really have any problem with them when I wear heels. It's just that, before the event, I went to a salon for a mani-pedi sesh and my feet got all lotioned since it was part of the salon's manicure/pedicure routine. I didn't expect that it would mess up my soles and would contribute a lot to its sweating, and the weather was also a major burden to my situation. I needed to buy baby powder and applied it to my feet to prevent it from slipping through my sandals. Geez, it was a disaster.
Anyway, to step away from that whole ordeal, I'd like to say a special thank you to New Chic for this lovely pair of Chunky Heel Buckle Sandals. They're are by far my favorite pair of sandals to date. I'd like to point that these sandals aren't heavy at all.
All the slippery feet aside, the bazaar was pretty cool and I met new faces and a few people who actually told me that they read my blog. Thanks to all of you! If you're reading this. :)
