There's really so much in store for us as CBC members. One of which is being able to accompany a big time cosplayer in a conference room.
August 23, Sunday, marked the last day of E-Sports Festival 2015 held at SM City Cebu which was a three-day event that started on August 21st. It is an annual fest where cosplayers and gamers basically gather, battle, and win. The Philippine eSports Organization (PeSO) announced #ESFManila2016 in collaboration with the Philippine's no. 1 cosplayer Ms. Alodia Gosiengfiao to be held in Manila.
We are able to grab VIP and Media passes and joined Ms. Alodia in the press conference. The conference only lasted for an hour and we are able to take pictures with her after which. She's really charming and sweet and yes, very pretty!I met some friends and they didn't even expect to see me in such event I mean I myself didn't see it happening as well! But thanks to CBC I am able to explore a few new things which include these kinds of events.
Even though I am not into gaming and stuff, I still got stoked because of the vibe during the event. And I would totally agree that E-Sports is better watched with a huge crowd for it helps in pumping up the hype!

Alodia together with her team played Dota2 as part of the event. They won!The major games played during the final day were Dota 2, Crossfire, Clash of Clans, and Ultra Street Fighter IV. I may have heard and played most of them but still I'm no pro and sometimes get confused about what the commentator was saying during every tournament. We sat at the first row (since we got VIP/media passes) and finished the whole event! Honestly, I enjoyed it especially during the last part where most of the tension was felt because it was the final tournament for Dota 2 and my, it was one hyped up evening! Never imagined myself become interested in such. It was really a fun night!
