Today is my feature day on the fabulous SITS girls. For those of you who don’t follow them (and you should), SITS is an online community of women bloggers, who share tips, hints, and encouragement to help bloggers expand and grow their blogs.
You might remember them as the sponsor of my very first blogging conference.
For those of you stopping by from SITS for the first time, I thought I give you a little sneak peak into my life and my corner of the blogging world.
My name is Ms. Adams. I’m your average 20 something newlywed, living the dream in the suburbs of Washington, D.C.
This handsome man is my hubby Mr. Adams (who I often call Mr. A. You can find the story behind our blog name in the About Me section). I started this blog in September 2010 to document the ups and downs of the craziness that is wedding planning, which oddly enough I really miss these days.
After we got married in May 2011, I returned to blogging to document our wedding recaps, including a whopping 60 something posts.
Once I finished with our wedding adventures, I realized that I loved the blogging community way too much to stop writing.
Now, my writing focuses on the love and laughter from our happily ever after as newlyweds (can I still use newlywed if we’ve been married for a year now?).
The topics I cover vary from day to day but they usually fall into a few main categories:
My novice attempts at cooking and baking. You can find all of my recipes on the recipes tab (watch out for a to-die-for key lime pie recipe tomorrow).
My continued love of crafting and diy-ing, which was definitely sparked by the crazy amount of diy details incorporated into our wedding.
My husband and my joint passion for traveling the globe.
My humbled attempts to delve further into my faith as featured in my Faithful Fridays series.
I hope you find something that you like in one of those categories. If not, I blog about our random DC happenings and married life every once in awhile too
