Onli: Elevating Taste

The lovely folks at Onli Beverages sent me a sample set of their yummy chef-inspired sparkling beverages to enjoy.

Onli "Lemon, Mango, Passion & Mint" Flavored Sparkling Beverage

I recently had the opportunity to try Onli Beverages, which are chef-inspired, all-natural sparkling beverages with unique flavor combinations.
These amazingly refreshing beverages were unlike anything I have tasted before: They were light. They were refreshing. Flavors were crisp; and, they weren't too sweet or too bubbly.
They were, if I can be a little bold to ascertain, wine-quality non-alcoholic beverages that could, as its tagline implied, elevate the taste of your food.

The first flavor my foodie family tried was the "Lemon, Mango, Passion Fruit & Mint" flavor.  With only 2% juice content, and very light juice at that, this was by far the lightest in flavor.  Although a bit tangy, this flavor had light carbonation and a slight ginseng kick and aftertaste. 
My tasting panel, which included my brother, hubby and mom agreed that this would be the perfect beverage to clean your palate between courses.

Lemon Watermelon

Our second flavor was the Lemon Watermelon.  This one was more flavorful than the first flavor.  It was slightly citrusy but not overly sweet. And, just like the previous flavor, it had very light carbonation.
We all agreed that this flavor would be perfectly paired with a light salad or summer course.

Hibiscus Pomegranate Aronia

The "Hibiscus Pomegranate Aronia" flavor, by far, was everyone's favorite.  Although it only has a 1% juice content, it's flavorful and can stand alone or mixed with your favorite Vodka.

Huckleberry Pomegranate

The huckleberry pomegranate flavor had a much sweeter taste and milder end than the other flavors. It could be paired perfectly with a stronger dish, but just as easily stand by itself.

Espresso Swiss Hazelnut

Espresso and hazelnut flavor in a sparkling soda may not sound appealing - at first.  But I challenge you to pair it with your favorite dessert instead of coffee during a hot summer evening.  I promise that
you will fall in love with Onli beverages...as much as we did!
