My 2nd Cadbury review of the day and another new product! Dairy Milk Strawberries and Creme is a limited edition for summer. I first heard about it via Kev's Snack Reviews and made it my mission to track it down. It took a while to find but Mr Review Addict eventually found it in our local BP petrol station. I am a HUGE fan of Dairy Milk and I am thrilled that we have had some new varieties this year. I enjoyed the Marvellous Creations that I reviewed a few weeks back and I had high hopes for this bar.
The bar is described as "milk chocolate with a yogurt and strawberry flavor filling" and I think that it smells and looks fantastic. The inside is a lovely pale pink and it smells sweet and the strawberry really comes through.
It tastes amazing! Dairy Milk is always delicious is my opinion and the smooth and sweet strawberry filling really compliments it. I am always wary of yogurty chocolate fillings because I think they are quite hard to get right but Cadbury have got it spot on here. There is only the slightest tang from the yogurt which ensures that the strawberry is not too sickly and the filling is so lovely and creamy.
Verdict This is up there with my favorite Dairy Milk bars and I think I love it as much as I loved Dairy Milk Nutty Caramel. If this is a limited edition then I am going to have to send Mr Review Addict back down the BP garage to get me as much of this as possible!
