Drumstick Squashies
Drumstick Squashies are just part of the Squashies range from Swizzels Matlow which sees some of their best selling sweets now in gummy form. Also available are Love Hearts, Refreshers and Double Lollies. You can see the Love Hearts and Refreshers reviewed by Grocery Gems here.
Milk and Raspberry is probably the flavor of Drumstick that most people will remember from when they were kids. It was launched in 1957 so it has been around a long time but the sweets are still as popular as ever. Drumstick Squashies are the same pink and white sweets but in a sort of foamy gum form.

The bag that I had was 45g but they are also available in bigger 160g bags, and calories wise you are looking at 335 for 100g. They do not contain any artificial colours.
The texture is very soft, and quite chewy but no where near as chewy as the Drumstick lollies.  The sweets really did taste like a Drumstick but they were much easier to eat.
Verdict I enjoyed these gummy sweets and they are not as harsh on your teeth as a proper Drumstick. I will definitely be buying these again and I can't wait to try the Double Lollies! REVIEW!
