Mississippi Mud Pie McFlurry! Need I say any more? Well I probably should as otherwise it is going to be a very short review but let's be honest what is not to like about this product?
I mean seriously, just look at the photo...it is literally packed with chocolate-coated biscuit pieces, cookie crumble and dark chocolate sauce. I am not sure if the person who made mine was just very generous or if this is standard practice in a Mississippi Mud Pie McFlurry but I swear there was more chocolate than ice cream! This thing is not light on the calories either at 440 per McFlurry.
The chocolate sauce was really rich and fudgy and the cookie crumble was swirled throughout. With the added moisture from the ice cream, the texture was more like cake than cookie but there was also a slight chewiness to it too whilst the biscuit pieces added a bit of crunch.
Verdict This McFlurry is a real chocolate overload, I swear I was still buzzing half an hour later. It is available in McDonalds until the 26th of November so you best get down there quick if you want to try it and I seriously recommend that you do!
