I have had this Milka Caramel bar in my fridge for ages. I bought it in the local newsagent when the weather was warmer and it's not something that I have really fancied cracking into until now because I have had a lot more exciting things to try.
I still have lots of interesting things to review but sometimes it is nice to indulge in something delicious yet simple.
Milka Caramel is very similar to Dairy Milk Caramel in appearance and this comes as no surprise given that they are both made by Kraft.
I am certainly a fan of Milka and pleased to see that it is more widely available in the UK but I can't understand why they would release something so similar to a product that has been around for years and is a very successful one at that. I have enjoyed many Milka bars, particularly the Noisette bar but that is very different to anything already available from Dairy Milk. Personally I think that Dairy Milk is the superior chocolate so if it comes down to me having to choose between the 2 then it's pretty obvious which way I would go.
Verdict
Milka caramel was very tasty but I do think that in the UK, they should keep the flavours separate from those already released in Dairy Milk.
