Back in April I reviewed Rekorderlig's Premium Mango and Raspberry Cider which I thought was very nice and refreshing. Around the same time I learnt that Rekorderlig were releasing a Passionfruit cider and had been trying to track it down ever since. Well whilst at a Chef and Brewer pub the other day my brother and I finally found it!
It is made from Swedish spring water and they recommend serving over ice with a wedge of lime. It is 4% ABV and comes in a 500ml bottle which contains 2.25 units.
The cider smelt very fresh and sweet and like the Mango and Raspberry version, it was more like drinking a flavoured fizzy water than a cider meaning that it very easy to drink. It had a lovely tropical flavor that is sweet and ever so slightly tangy.
Verdict
Another fantastic summery drink from Rekorderlig!
