I was pleased to be sent these new tropical flavours from Ribena to review, it just seems so appropriate with the gorgeous weather than we have been having this week! There are 2 new flavours: Ribena Mango and Lime and Ribena Pineapple and Passion Fruit.
They come in 500ml ready to drink bottles with a RPP of £1.19. A 250ml serving contains 103 calories and both flavours contain real fruit juice and Vitamin C. They do not contain added preservatives or artificial sweeteners.
Both drinks are orange in color and smell delicious. The Mango and Lime flavor is very refreshing, it also contains orange which I can definitely taste and the mango and lime gives it that tropical feel. The lime is fairly subtle so it is not too zesty. Pineapple and Passionfruit is my favorite of the 2 flavours, it's lovely and sweet with a little bit of tanginess and I can just imagine myself sat by the pool sipping one of these...Pool? I can dream can't I?
Verdict Premixed bottles of Ribena are always good because they are not too weak or too strong and I really enjoyed both of these new Tropical flavours. I will definiltely be purchasing the Pineapple and Passionfruit one again.
