Tesco Finest Cracked Black Pepper Dressing
Tesco Finest Cracked Black Pepper Dressing is another product that has only recently hit stores along with many others that I have been reviewing this past week. When I was sent some vouchers to enable me to try some of the new fresh produce, this was one of the products that I selected.
The bottle which you will find with the fresh produce by the salads, is 150ml and costs £1.50. The suggested 15ml serving contains 80 calories, it is also suitable for vegetarians. This dressing is made using Finest French crème fraîche D'Isigny, lemon juice and of course black pepper.

The crème fraîche means that this dressing is thick and creamy in texture and I prefer thicker dressings because they stick to the salad leaves! There is nothing worse than a watery dressing that runs off all over your plate!
The peppery smell is heavenly, I am obsessed with black pepper and have it on pretty much everything so I knew that this dressing would be right up my street. I could taste the lemon juice which really complimented the black pepper and there was also just a hint of mustard in there too.
Verdict
I really am having fun reviewing the new Tesco Finest range! As yet I haven't found a product that I didn't enjoy and the Cracked Black Pepper Dressing is no exception. It went really well on a rocket based salad and also tasted fab as the dressing for a tomato salad!
