It says "New" on it but I am pretty sure that this Wrigley's Extra Strawberry Sugar Free Gum has been around for ages. I hadn't actually noticed it before until I tried Dessert Delights also from Wrigley's and looked at what non minty gum that we have in the UK. There isn't a whole lot of choice, Trident has some fruity flavours and there is of course Juicy Fruit but I only chew sugar free gum.
This gum comes in the little tablet form and when you first bite into the hard coating you get a really strong hit of the strawberry flavor and it's quite artificial tasting but still nice. Sadly the flavor doesn't last very long though and once the outside has gone I was left with a rather bland and only faintly strawberry flavoured piece of gum.
Verdict I was pretty disappointed with Wrigley's Extra Strawberry Sugar Free Gum, if the flavor has lasted longer then I would definitely purchased it again but I will stick to minty Extra in future.
