So a fellow blogger out in good ol' Kansas likes my blog. I stumbled upon hers after she was picked by Blogger to be one of the prestigious "Blogs of Note". When your blog becomes "of note" you pretty much go from indie rock to opening the VMA's, know what I mean? Your little space in the Internet suddenly bursts on the scene and you can go from a few followers to hundreds overnight. Well hers, called "Year 31", was also recently recognized by the powers that be for being not only interesting, but also versatile, awesome, and basically great in every way. And what does she do when this happens? She goes out of her way to show love to some of her own favorite blogs by handing out her own awards. I thought that was a pretty sweet move on her part.
There's me. Number 5. It's nice to know that someone with hundreds of followers takes the time to check out my corner of the Internet and read my dumb adventures. Pretty sweet. Makes me wanna get into more dumb adventures actually. Speaking of adventures, Me and Hector have been emailing back and forth over the last few days going over the logo for the beer club we're creating. It's almost done. From my scribbles on a bar napkin to embroidered on a shirt. That'll be something. Once it's finalized I'll share it. Not yet though. (You're not ready). But i do think im ready for bed. Its almost midnight. I think I'll be calling it a night now. I spent most of the day jamming out to K-Rock radio thanks to Apple TV. What a great station. It's like they hand pick songs out of my own collection and mix in songs I want in my collection. Makes for great chill nights out by the fire with Guinness in hand. After I finish this one I think I'll go nite nite. Saving lives mañana. I love Saturdays at the station. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
