Weekend Wear

I'm currently lusting on a few items to get my weekend summer wardrobe ready for some fun!

I know, I know, plus size women wearing horizontal stripes can be the kiss of death.  But, when I tried this dress on at my local Nordstrom I know I had to have it!
This is why: It has a slight rouging on right of the dress which gave me a slimmer silhouette.  Not to mention the absolutely yummy light-weight cotton that makes it perfect to wear during the hot summer days.
Now, being that the dress has a very "blah" black and white pattern, I needed a little color.  And why not green platforms? They are absolutely yummy!
The last touch to any weekend wardrobe is a fun accessory. Wearing a sleeveless dress is the perfect opportunity to show off those tan arms and bedazzle with some stackable bracelets. But who needs to jingle when wearing jewelry? That is why I love this faux stackable bracelet.
