Now let's style turtlenecks right and make you look cool and on point. For the ladies, if you choose a sleeveless and cropped turtleneck top, go for a high-waisted pair of jeans. And if you feel cold, add a jacket. A bomber jacket would do more style. Then put on your black loafers and a messy bun and you're good to rock your day. Now, turtlenecks also have a way to make you look cute if you feel like it. Wear a white one (or any light colored) and pair it with a semi-contrasting color skirt. Then choose a solid white pair of sneakers (or even shucks) for your footwear. Braid your hair and have an eye accessory to complete your look and you should be pretty well dressed.

For guys, I really find them cool wearing all black turtleneck tops, and cute when wearing sweater type ones. They look like this cool guy in a movie when wearing the former while a leading man in a Korean drama when wearing the latter. But turtlenecks are sometimes neglected in men's fashion and is regarded as something your grandpa may have worn back in the day. However, fashion is just a circular pattern. Famous trends back in the 80's might and can come back after a few decades. Thus, can always relive the style and this time in a much trendier way. So, whether you're going for any of the two, how you style and dress one up can drastically change the overall look.
We can make a distinction to the all black turtleneck top by adding a layer of coat or a thin blazer for you guys to be looking more sleek.
